What changes

  1. Analyse large exports

TodayData exports with hundreds of thousands of rows are hard to analyse in a spreadsheet.

    With Synthexa

    Questions to the whole file

Several sheets and files in one analysis, such as market data with internal prices, without building tables first.

  2. Back up the numbers

TodayA number in the presentation can no longer be traced back.

    With Synthexa

    Answer with workings

Metrics, table and chart. Every number can be traced back to its calculation.

  3. Answer follow-up questions

TodayEvery follow-up question from management means another analysis.

    With Synthexa

Ask on instead of starting over

You ask a follow-up, Synthexa recalculates. If you like, the answer becomes a presentation on your slide master.

Bottom lineAnswers from large exports, with every number traceable to its calculation.

What you can rely on

  1. Large files, as they are.

Up to 500 MB per file, with several sheets, table blocks and multi-row headers. Several files can be combined.

    Your files, example

    • Market_data_dairy_MAT.xlsx3 sheets · 363,000 rows
    • Internal_prices_2026.csvInternal prices per item
  2. When in doubt, Synthexa asks.

If a question is ambiguous, for example about the period or the base, Synthexa asks one targeted question instead of guessing.

    Follow-up questions, example

    • Which period?MAT 03/2026
    • Which base?the whole category
  3. You see every step.

While Synthexa calculates, you see which tables were read, which calculations ran and which numbers were checked.

    Working steps, example

    • Tables read3 sheets
    • Calculation runin code
    • Numbers checked4 of 4

Frequently asked questions

In short

What does “checked” mean?

Synthexa matches every number in the answer against the calculation it comes from. If a number does not fit, for example because the base was wrong, it is corrected.

Worked example, fictional figures
Private-label revenue in discount, MAT
€1,422m
Category revenue in discount, MAT
€3,733m
Private-label share, checked
38.1%
How large can the files be?
Up to 500 MB per file, with several sheets, table blocks and multi-row headers. Several files can be combined in one analysis.
What do I get, and in which form?
An answer with metrics, a table and a chart, every number with its calculation. If you like, it becomes a presentation on your slide master.
Does the language model calculate the numbers?
No. Calculations run in code, not inside the language model. Every number in the answer must come from an executed calculation and is checked against it.
How does this differ from the knowledge base?
The knowledge base finds statements in your studies and presentations and backs them with the passage. Market analysis calculates new numbers from your data exports.
Where is my data?
The platform is hosted in Frankfurt, and AI processing takes place in Europe. Your data is not used to train AI models.
